Private High-speed Train Arrival Transfer: Xi'an Bei (North) Station to Hotel

Enjoy convenient, easy and hassle-free transport from Xi'an Bei North Train Station and your hotel in downtown Xi'an, by private car and driver. 

Your driver will be waiting for you at the exit of train station arrival hall with holding your name sign. Your driver will escort you directly to your private air-conditioned vehicle and transfer to your hotel in downtown Xian. After arriving at your hotel, your driver will be more than happy to assist you with check-in and luggage. 

At the time of booking you must provide the following information in the special requirements form: 

• Train information (if possible, please tell us your train carriage number, the driver will wait for you at the nearest exit to you.) 
• Hotel name, address and phone number.

Additional Info

• The driver will hold a sign of Trippest with your name on it and await at the exit of arrival hall.
• Hotel drop-off area should be within the 3rd ring road of Xi'an. For further distance there might be an extra cost for transfers. You'll be notified by your tour operator.
• Babies and children count as passengers even though they don't require their own seat. (We can provide the baby car seats for free if you request. Please specify in "Special Request" at the time of booking, at least 3 days ahead).
• Any changes of your train, please inform us at least 2 hours before arrival. We will dispatch the driver to pick you up according to the new time schedule. Inform later than that, customer will be regarded as cancel this service voluntarily.
• Please double check the information of your train and hotel before booking. The driver won't take any responsibility for any lost as a result of wrong information. There will be additional costs for the second service required.
• If you stay in airbnb, we might not be able to drop you off at the door. Because normally airbnb is in a community where enforces the separation of pedestrians and vehicles.
• We offer up to 30 mins of waiting time at the station after your train arrives, counting from the actual landing time. Otherwise, you will be considered as No-show.
