The guide will take you to an authentic local spice market to discover local spices and ingredients that you'll cook with during the cooking class. The class will be carried out in a professional cooking school which is a famous local restaurant. During this hands-on cooking class with a professional chef, you'll learn how to make Chinese Biang Biang noodles. After finishing making the noodles, you'll be treated with Chinese tea or some drinks when you eat your self-prepared meal of Biang Biang noodles. 

Morning Class:
8:00 am: Meet your guide at the meeting point
8:10 am: Visit the local spice market and discover local ingredients or spices that will be used in the cooking class
9:30 am: Back to the cooking class venue
10:10 am: Tea break
10:30 am: Learn how to cook with a professional chef
12:00 pm: Enjoy the dishes that cooked by yourself

Afternoon Class:
2:00 pm: Meet your guide at the meeting point
2:00 pm: Visit the local spice market and discover local ingredients or spices that will be used in the cooking class
3:00 pm: Back to the cooking class venue
3:10 pm: Tea break
3:30 pm: Learn how to cook with a professional chef
