Private Transfer: Shanghai Wusongkou Cruise Terminal (Baoshan Port) to Hotel

At the time of your booking:

Please be notified that you will be picked up from Shanghai Wusongkou Cruise Terminal (Baoshan Port).

The Cruise Company may assign an appointed disembark time for each passenger in advance. If possible, please let us know when you have your disembark time. The driver will await you with holding a sign of your name at the arrival hall before that time.

On arrival:

Looking for a sign board with your name on it. Whenever your cruise ship arrives at the Terminal, your personal driver will greet you and escort you to your private vehicle, and then transfer to your hotel in downtown Shanghai.

Additional Info

• Hotel drop-off area should be within the middle ring road of Shanghai. For further distance there might be an extra cost for transfers. You'll be notified by your tour operator.
• Babies and children count as passengers even though they don't require their own seat. (We can provide the baby car seats for free if you request. Please specify in "Special Request" at the time of booking, at least 3 days ahead).
• The cruise company may assign an appointed disembark time for each passenger in advance. If possible, please let us know when you have your disembark time. The driver will await you with holding a sign of your name at the arrival hall before that time.
• We provide up to 2 hours of waiting time at the port. If you don't show up during the waiting time and cannot be contacted, you will miss your car and receive no refund. Or additional waiting time fees (USD5 PER half hour) may apply.
• Any changes of your cruise, please inform us at least 1 day inadvance. We will dispatch the driver to pick you up according to the new time schedule. 
• Please double check the information of your cruise and hotel before booking. The driver won't take any responsibility for any lost as a result of wrong information. There will be additional costs for the second service required.
• Required information at the time of your booking: cruise name, arrival date and terminal, your hotel's name and address, disembarkation time.

• We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 48 hours or less before event
