• Please note that we are not responsible for any loss due to customers failing to provide the correct information in time. Your payment for unused services won't be refunded.
• Free Waiting Time: up to 2 hours after flight arrives (Counting from the actual arrival time): NOTE: If you don't show up during the waiting time and cannot be contacted, you will miss your car and receive no refund. Overtime waiting fee: US$5 (30 yuan) PER half an hour. Please pay in cash to the driver.
• Shanghai Pudong Airport - Hongqiao Train Station: approx. 1-hour car driving (smooth traffic). We suggest you arrive at the train station for departure at least: Train: 1 hours prior to departure.
