Additional Info

• Shanghai Port International Cruise Terminal - Shanghai Pudong Airport: approx. 1-hour car driving (smooth traffic). We suggest you arrive at the airport for departure at least: International flight: 2.5 hours prior to departure. Domestic flight: 2 hours prior to departure.  
• Babies and children count as passengers even though they don't require their own seat. (We can provide the baby car seats for free if you request. Please specify in "Special Request" at the time of booking, at least 3 days ahead).
• The cruise company may assign an appointed disembark time for each passenger in advance. If possible, please let us know when you have your disembark time. The driver will await you with holding a sign of your name at the arrival hall before that time.
• We provide up to 2 hours of waiting time at the port. If you don't show up during the waiting time and cannot be contacted, you will miss your car and receive no refund. Or additional waiting time fees (USD5 PER half hour) may apply.
• Any changes of your cruise, please inform us at least 1 day inadvance. We will dispatch the driver to pick you up according to the new time schedule. 
• Please double check the information of your cruise and flight before booking. The driver won't take any responsibility for any lost as a result of wrong information. There will be additional costs for the second service required.
• Required information at the time of your booking: cruise name, arrival date and terminal, flight information.

• We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 24 hours or less before event
