• Important Notes: 
• 1. Please note that we are not responsible for any loss due to customers failing to provide the correct information in time. Your payment for unused services won't be refunded.  
• 2. Free Waiting Time: up to 30 minutes after train arrives (Counting from the actual arrival time) NOTE: If you don't show up during the waiting time and cannot be contacted, you will miss your car and receive no refund. Overtime waiting fee: US$5 (30 yuan) PER half an hour. Please pay in cash to the driver.  
• 3. Shanghai Pudong Airport - Hongqiao Train Station: approx. 1-hour car driving (smooth traffic). We suggest you arrive at airport for departure at least: International flight: 2.5 hours prior to departure. Domestic flight: 2 hours prior to departure. 
•  4. The day before departure, you can find more details regarding your driver, as well as pickup information via this hyperlink (https://www.trippest.com/track-your-trip/). All information will be updated only 24 hours ahead of departure date.
