Additional Info

• The driver will hold a sign of Trippest with your name on it and await at the exit of arrival luggage claim hall.
• Babies and children count as passengers even though they don't require their own seat. (We can provide the baby car seats for free if you request. Please specify in "Special Request" at the time of booking, at least 3 days ahead).
• We offer up to 2 hours of waiting time at the airport after your flight arrives, counting from the actual landing time. Otherwise, you will be considered as No-show. Or additional waiting time fees (USD5 PER half an hour) may apply, if you encounter any problems (visa issue or the luggage losing, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately.
• Any changes of your flight and cruise, please inform us at least 1 day inadvance. We will dispatch the driver to pick you up according to the new time schedule. 
• Please double check the information of your cruise and flight before booking. The driver won't take any responsibility for any lost as a result of wrong information. There will be additional costs for the second service required.
• Required information at the time of your booking: cruise name, departure terminal, flight information.
