Enjoy a convenient, easy and hassle-free transport from your hotel in city center to Huangshan Bei North Train Station, by private car and driver.

Your driver will be waiting for you at your hotel lobby with holding your name sign. You will be escorted directly to your private air-conditioned vehicle and transfer to Huangshan Bei North Station for departure.

At the time of booking you must provide the following information in the special requirements form:

• Train details (departure time, train number).

• Hotel name, address and phone number. Pickup time: 2 hours before departure time.

Additional Info

• Hotel pick-up area should be within the city center of Huangshan. For further distance there might be an extra cost for transfers. You'll be notified by your tour operator.
• The driver will hold a sign of Trippest with your name on it and await at your hotel lobby. If you are not able to see your driver for some reason, try to ask hotel staff to make a phone call to us and ask for help. 
• If you don't have any special requirements, the default pickup time from your hotel would be 2 hours prior to departure.
• We provide up to 20 mins of waiting time at your hotel lobby. Otherwise, you will be considered as a no-show. Or additional waiting time fees (USD5 PER half hour) may apply.
• Any changes of your train, please inform us at least 3 hours inadvance. We will dispatch the driver to pick you up according to the new time schedule. Inform later than that, customer will be regarded as cancel this service voluntarily.
• Please double check the information of your train and hotel before booking. The driver won't take any responsibility for any lost as a result of wrong information. There will be additional costs for the second service required.

Cancellation Policy

• We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 24 hours or less before event.
