Please arrange your own transportation to the meeting point and make sure to be punctual or early arrival. If for some reasons you are late, please call your tour guide immediately for help.

• Meeting Point: Sheung Wan MTR Station Exit E2 (Street Level)

11:10 am

Firstly, we will walk through Wing Lok Street to taste a range of signature dim sum, including Har Gau (crystal shrimp dumpling), Siu Mai (pork and shrimp dumpling), turnip cake, and even chicken feet. Try the exclusive Hong Kong street food, the egg waffle.

Then we pass by the Sheung Wan Cultural Square, a gathering point for local communities and leisure activities in Sheung Wan. Step into Sun Yuen, a classic Chinese barbecue restaurant in Sheung Wan, and taste the juicy char siu (Cantonese-style barbecued pork) roasted with honey in a giant oven at over 300 degrees.

We will stroll through the antique market and explore the historic Man Mo Temple. This Taoist temple, constructed from 1847 to 1862, honors the deities of literature and war. The temple holds significant historical and cultural importance for Hong Kong, reflecting the traditional social structure and religious practices of the Chinese community in ancient Hong Kong. 

Keep on our food tour to a typical Cha Chaan Teng, a Hong Kong-style cafe, and enjoy local favorites like French toast, silk stocking milk tea, and Yuen Yeung (tea and coffee mix). You can also try the signature egg tarts with a crispy crust and soft custard filling at a famous shop on Lyndhurst Terrace.

1:00 pm

Experience the 800-meter-long Mid-levels Escalator, the world's longest outdoor covered escalator system on a hillside. Our guide will provide insights into daily life, nearby shops, and more, offering a comprehensive view of the local culture.

Then, sipping on a revitalizing local herbal tea known for its detoxifying properties and other benefits. Conclude the tour by savoring a bowl of Michelin-recommended Wonton noodles.

2:00 pm

Our food tour will finish at Central Market around 2pm. You can go on your exploration or return to your hotel by MTR.
