Itinerary

Make your transportation from urban Yangshuo to Guilin Liangjiang International Airport. Please specify your flight and hotel information at the time of booking. The driver will hold your name sign and wait at your hotel lobby. The Banyan Tree Yangshuo and the Alila Yangshuo are outside of urban area of Yangshuo, we need to charge Extra charge RMB 100 per service. You'll be notified by your tour operator.

Additional Info

  • Hotel pickup area should be within the urban area of Yangshuo. For further distance there might be an extra cost for transfers. You'll be notified by your tour operator.
  • Babies and children count as passengers even though they don't require their own seat. (We can provide the baby car seats for free if you request. Please specify in "Special Request" at the time of booking, at least 3 days ahead).
  • The driver will hold a sign of Trippest with your name on it and await at your hotel lobby. If you are not able to see your driver for some reason, try to ask hotel staff to make a phone call to our 24/7 emergency and ask for help. 
  • If you don't have any special requirements, the default pickup time from your hotel would be: International flight: 4.5 hours prior to departure. Domestic flight: 3.5 hours prior to departure. 
  • We provide up to 20 mins of waiting time at your hotel lobby. Otherwise, you will be considered as a no-show. Or additional waiting time fees (USD5 PER half hour) may apply.
  • Any changes of your flight, please inform us at least 3 hours inadvance. We will dispatch the driver to pick you up according to the new time schedule. Inform later than that, customer will be regarded as cancel this service voluntarily.
  • Please double check the information of your flight and hotel before booking. The driver won't take any responsibility for any lost as a result of wrong information. There will be additional costs for the second service required.

Cancellation Policy

  • We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 24 hours or less before event
