Your driver will greet you at the exit of Chongqing Chaotianmen Cruise Pier, holding a sign with your name on it. He will escort you directly to your private air-conditioned vehicle and transfer to your hotel in central Chongqing. After arriving at your hotel, he will assist you with luggage.

Additional Info

• The driver will hold a sign of Trippest with your name on it and await at the exit of arrival hall.
• Hotel drop-off area should be within the central area of Chongqing. For further distance there might be an extra cost for transfers. You'll be notified by your tour operator.
• Any changes of your cruise, please inform us at least 1 day before arrival. We will dispatch the driver to pick you up according to the new time schedule. 
• Please double check the information of your cruise and hotel before booking. The driver won't take any responsibility for any lost as a result of wrong information. There will be additional costs for the second service required.
• If you stay in airbnb, we might not be able to drop you off at the door. Because normally airbnb is in a community where enforces the separation of pedestrians and vehicles.
• We offer up to 2 hours of waiting time at the pier after your cruise arrives, counting from the actual landing time. Otherwise, you will be considered as No-show.

Cancellation Policy

• We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 24 hours or less before event.
