• Hotel pickup area should be within the central area of Chongqing. For further distance there might be an extra cost for transfers. You'll be notified by your tour operator.

• If you don't have any special requirements, the default pickup time from your hotel would be: International flight: 4 hours prior to departure. Domestic flight: 3 hours prior to departure. 
• We provide up to 20 mins of waiting time at your hotel lobby. Otherwise, you will be considered as a no-show. Or additional waiting time fees (USD5 PER half hour) may apply.
• Any changes of your flight, please inform us at least 3 hours inadvance. We will dispatch the driver to pick you up according to the new time schedule. Inform later than that, customer will be regarded as cancel this service voluntarily.
• Please double check the information of your flight and hotel before booking. The driver won't take any responsibility for any lost as a result of wrong information. There will be additional costs for the second service required.
