Private Arrival Transfer: Chiang Mai International Airport (CNX) to Hotel

Arrival Transfer: Airport to Hotel:

1. Please specify your flight and hotel information at the time of booking. The driver will hold your name sign and await at the exit of airport. After meeting and greeting by your driver, you will be transferred to your hotel. Free waiting time is up to 0.5 hour at the airport.

2. If you cannot see the driver or you encounter a long queue at customs, please do contact the emergency number to us. If you leave without making an emergency call, you will not be able to get refund.

What do I need to bring

• Provide us your correct flight and hotel information.   

What need to note

• We provide up to 30 minutes of waiting time at the airport after your flights arrives, counting from the actual landing time. Otherwise, you will be considered as a no-show. Or additional waiting time fees (250THB per hour) may apply, if you encounter any problems (visa issue or the luggage losing), please contact us immediately.
• If you stay in an airbnb, we might not be able to drop off at the door but roadside. Because the lane is too narrow to drive.
• Please make sure you notify us by telephone or email if your flight or hotel information changes.
• Hotel drop-off services are available within specific areas of Chiang Mai city: Old Town, Urban Area and Outskirts Area. See the labelled areas in the map screenshots. Please specify your flight and hotel information at the time of booking.
• According to Thailand land transport department provisions, all passengers must fasten seat belts. Otherwise, you will be fined 1000 THB per person by local traffic police.
• Roads are closed from 17:00 to 23:00 for weekend night markets, some hotels pickup and drop-off will be affected. Saturday: the roads of Wa Lai District are closed. Some hotel guests will be dropped off at Chiang Mai Gate only. Sunday: the roads between Tha Phae Gate and Wat Phra Singh are closed. Some hotel guests will be dropped off near Tha Phae Gate or Wat Phra Singh only.
• Please make sure you provide us with your correct flight information and hotel address. 
• Standard Van (7 seats): 3-4 passengers + Maximum luggage: 24-inch x 4 or 29-inch x 2.
• Standard Saloon Car (5 seats): 1-2 passengers + Maximum luggage: 24-inch x 2 or 29-inch x 1.
• Deluxe Van (12 seats): 5-9 passengers + Maximum luggage: 24-inch x 7 or 29-inch x 4.

• We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 48 hours or less before event
