Private Departure Transfer: Hotel to Chengdu International Airport (CTU)

Make your transportation from downtown Chengdu to Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport (CTU). Please specify your flight and hotel information at the time of booking. The driver will hold your name sign and wait at your hotel lobby.

What need to note？

1. Hotel drop-off area should be within the 3rd ring road of Chengdu. For further distance there might be an extra cost for transfers. You'll be notified by your tour operator.

2. Babies and children count as passengers even if they do not require their own seat. (We can provide the baby car seats for free if you request. Please specify in "Special Request" at time of booking, at least 3 days ahead).

3. Please make sure you provide us with your correct flight number, arrival time, and hotel address. Please note that we are not responsible for any loss due to customers failing to provide the correct information in time. Your payment for unused services won't be refunded.  

4. Please make sure you notify us by telephone or email if your flight or hotel information changes.

5. We provide up to 20 mins of waiting time at your hotel lobby. Otherwise, you will be considered as a no-show. Or additional waiting time fees (USD5 PER half hour) may apply.

6. The driver will hold your name sign and wait in your hotel lobby. If you are not able to see your driver for some reason, try to ask hotel staff to make a phone call to our 24/7 emergency number +86 180 7483 7277 and ask for help.

Cancellation policy

• We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 24 hours or less before event
