Private Arrival Transfer: Chengdu Train Stations to Hotel

Make your transportation from Chengdu all train stations (Chengdu Central Main Station/Chengdu Dong East Station/Chengdu Xi West Station/Chengdu Nan South Station) to downtown Chengdu. Please specify your train and hotel information at the time of booking. The driver will hold your name sign and await at the exit of train station. At Chengdu Dong (East) Station, the driver will wait for you at Burger King Restaurant near to EXIT WEST. (Chinese: 汉堡王).

Free waiting time: up to 30 minutes after train arrives.

Additional Info

• The driver will hold a sign of Trippest with your name on it and await at the exit of arrival hall.
• Hotel drop-off area should be within the 3rd ring road of Chengdu. For further distance there might be an extra cost for transfers. You'll be notified by your tour operator.
• Any changes of your train, please inform us at least 2 hours before arrival. We will dispatch the driver to pick you up according to the new time schedule. Inform later than that, customer will be regarded as cancel this service voluntarily.
• Please double check the information of your train and hotel before booking. The driver won't take any responsibility for any lost as a result of wrong information. There will be additional costs for the second service required.
• If you stay in airbnb, we might not be able to drop you off at the door. Because normally airbnb is in a community where enforces the separation of pedestrians and vehicles.
• We offer up to 30 mins of waiting time at the station after your train arrives, counting from the actual landing time. Otherwise, you will be considered as No-show. Or additional waiting time fees (USD5 PER half an hour) may apply, if you encounter any problems (visa issue or the luggage losing, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately.

Cancellation policy

• We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 24 hours or less before event.
