Itinerary Summary
Day 1 Arrive in Chengdu
- Private airport/train station to hotel transfer.
- Chengdu free-roam (Recommend: Kuanzhai Alley, Jinli Old Street, Wuhou Temple, People's Park, Taikoo Li)
Day 2 Chengdu - Songpan County, elevation: 2850m (Drive: 6 Hours)
- Drive through Yingxiu and Wenchuan earthquake relic, .
- Visit Die Xi Mei Zi (inland lake) - the best preserved, most typical and largest earthquake relic.
- Songpan Ancient Town - visit local market and taste special snacks.
Day 3 Songpan County - Flower Lake - Tangke Town, elevation: 3500m (Drive: 5 Hours)
- Flower Lake - a plateau lake, it will turn into a sea of gold on fall.
- Ruoergai National Wetland Park - be praised as the kidney of the earth.
- The Boundless Grassland - the second largest grassland after Hulun Buir, go deep into the grassland and experience the nomadic life.
- Enjoy the spectacular sunset over the First Bay of the Yellow River.
Day 4 Tangke Town - Aba County, elevation: 3300m (Drive: 3 Hours)
- Rural road trip - grassland, herds and Tibetan villages along the way.
- Roads in a good condition - open and flat.
Day 5 Lian Bao Ye Ze Scenic Area, elevation: 4000m
- Lian Bao Ye Ze, means dignified jade peak. The ancient battlefield, but nowadays, one of ten famous holy mountains in Tibetan regions.
- Little visited mysterious temples.
Day 6 Aba County - Chengdu (Drive: 7 Hours)
- Morning departure to Chengdu. Your own free time in the late afternoon and night. (Recommend: Hot Pot and Sichuan Opera).
Day 7 Depart From Chengdu
- Visit Chengdu Giant Panda Breeding Research Base.
- Private transfer to airport/train station.
