Your personal driver will confirm your boarding information and flight status with the airline one hour after your scheduled departure, make sure that your flight is on time. The driver will be waiting for you at the exit of luggage claim hall of Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK) with holding a sign with your name on it. After meeting and greeting by your driver, you will be transferred to your hotel. Free waiting time is up to 2 hours at the airport. Please specify your flight and hotel information at the time of booking.

Additional Info

• The driver will hold a sign of Trippest with your name on it and await at the exit of arrival luggage claim hall.
• Hotel drop-off area should be within the 4th ring road of Beijing. For further distance there might be an extra cost for transfers. You'll be notified by your tour operator.
• Babies and children count as passengers even though they don't require their own seat. (We can provide the baby car seats for free if you request. Please specify in "Special Request" at the time of booking, at least 3 days ahead).
• Any changes of your flight, please inform us at least 2 hours before arrival. We will dispatch the driver to pick you up according to the new time schedule. Inform later than that, customer will be regarded as cancel this service voluntarily.
• Please double check the information of your flight and hotel before booking. The driver won't take any responsibility for transferring to a different hotel or miss you at airport as a result of wrong information. There will be additional costs for the second service required.
• If you stay in hutong or airbnb, we might not be able to drop you off at the door. Because normally the lane of hutong is narrow to drive inside. Also airbnb is in a community where enforces the separation of pedestrians and vehicles.
• We offer up to 2 hours of waiting time at the airport after your flight arrives, counting from the actual landing time. Otherwise, you will be considered as No-show. Or additional waiting time fees (USD5 PER half an hour) may apply, if you encounter any problems (visa issue or the luggage losing, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately.
