Itinerary
5:30 pm - 8:30 pm, Cooking experience.
This cooking experience is in a Hutong courtyard house. Before the cooking class, the host will take to a local market to purchase food materials. You will learn about traditional Chinese foods and how to buy groceries. Don't hesitate to sampled food from local vendors if you are interested in, you are very welcome. On the cooking time, the local Beijinger will teach you how to make dumplings, also share the culture and family relationships. Then, you have a great party to taste your own hand-made dumplings, local snacks, beer... Enjoy a fun time after the cooking party, as bonuses, you will have a chance to try some Chinese traditional clothes and photography by the hostess' husband, because he is a professional photographer.
