Arrival Transfer: Airport to Hotel:

1. Go to the reception desk between the gate 3 and gate 4 at the arrival hall, there is a signboard with your name on it. After meeting and greeting by your driver, you will be transferred to your hotel. Free waiting time is up to 1.5 hour at the airport.

2. If you cannot see the pickup staff and your name or you encounter a long queue at customs, please do contact the emergency number to us. If you leave without making an emergency call, you will not be able to get refund.

What need to note？

• Standard Saloon Car (5 seats): 1-2 passengers + Maximum luggage: 24-inch x 2 or 29-inch x 1.
• Standard Van (7 seats): 3-4 passengers + Maximum luggage: 24-inch x 4 or 29-inch x 2.
• Business Van (10 seats): 5-8 passengers + Maximum luggage: 24-inch x 6 or 29-inch x 4.
• Deluxe Van (12 seats): 5-9 passengers + Maximum luggage: 24-inch x 7 or 29-inch x 4.
• We provide up to 90 minutes of waiting time at the airport after your flights arrives, counting from the actual landing time. Otherwise, you will be considered as a no-show. Or additional waiting time fees (200THB per hour) may apply, if you encounter any problems (visa issue or the luggage losing), please contact us immediately.
• If you stay in an airbnb, we might not be able to pick up at the door. Because the lane is too narrow to drive. You need to walk out to the road side or an appointed place.
• Please make sure you provide us with your correct flight information and hotel address.
• Please make sure you notify us by telephone or email if your flight or hotel information changes.
• Hotel drop-off services are available within the east of the Chao Phraya River, with the Chao Phraya River as the demarcation line. See the yellow area in the map screenshots. For further distance, there might be an extra cost for transfers. You'll be notified by your tour operator.
• According to Thailand land transport department provisions, all passengers must fasetn seat belts. Otherwise, you will be fined 1000 THB per person by local traffic police.
• Driving fast is normal in Bangkok becasue of the severe traffic jam. But driver always abides by traffic order. Sit and relax, please make sure you fasten your seat belt all the time.
