1. Choose your route and be ready for long distance overland travel through the country.

2. Go to the departure station by yourself on the departure day. Arrive 30 minutes prior to departure time is required. Or call the Express Bus service hotline to get a complimentary shuttle/ferry service in advance. 

3. Check in at the bus station is quick and easy, no hassle, seat already reserved. You just need to provide your E-ticket at the Bus gate along with your passport.

4. Enjoy your bus trip. You also have your own seat tvs with movies and music. Snacks, water and blanket are provided. Attendant service is available in the bus. 

5. The bus stops for bathroom break for about every 2-3 hours at the proper rest stops.

6. Safe arrival.

What do I need to bring?

  • INLE ZONE FEE : all International tourists are required to pay the 15000 Myanmar Kyat (± $10) Inle Zone Fee.
  • Bagan Zone Fee: all International tourists must pay Bagan Zone Fee. The price is about $15 per person for a 3-day pass.
  • Departure and arrival times are in local time
  • There is NO toilet on board. However, the bus will make toilet stops on the way.
  • NOTE: availability is not updated online for this service. If you book less than 24 hours ahead we may not be able to confirm your reservation on time. In such a case, a refund will be issued. 
  • In Bagan, Taxi drivers will jump on you as soon as you get off the bus- make sure you close price in advance

What need to note?

  • Not wheelchair accessible
  • Near public transportation
  • Infants must sit on laps
  • Bring warm clothes and socks because the air conditioner is set to the lowest temperature.
  • If you prefer to sleep, bring an eye mask and earplugs because some buses play music and movies and it can get loud.
  • Tickets cannot be cancelled and they are non-refundable.
